Switch on the device and tap “setting” - iCloud to inspect whether the device need an account name and password to continue. The device is unlocked if the account does not exist. If the screen prompts to key in an account name and password, you may follow the steps listed below to unlock the device:

1. Go to Setting → iCloud → Find my Iphone –> switch off (Some models may not have “Find my Iphone”).
2. Go to Setting → iCloud →Delete→ Key in username and password → Deletion successful.

If this happen, our bidding system will shorten the countdown timer to 30-seconds; if a bid is placed and, within the next 30-seconds, there is no other bid placed on it, then the last bidder become the winner of the bid.
